Aluminum Doors

Aluminum doors is composed by door frame, door stile and leaf, the material is aluminum alloy extruded profiles.
Properties:
Aluminum doors should have strict performance inspection before they leave factory, they can be installed after ensuring conformance to requirements. Please kindly check the performance examination as below:
1. Wind pressure resistance: Belong to the national standard GB/T7106-2008 Forth level.
(1) Deformation detection: P1=-1.000 KPa(L/375)
(2) Vacuum-Pressure Test: P2=-1.50 KPa
(3) Grading test: P3=-2.50KPa
2. Airtight performance:
(1) Positive pressure: Belong to the national standard GB/T7106-2008 Seventh level.
Positive pressure Unit Air infiltration average: q1=1.16 m3/(m2.h)
(2) Negative pressure: Belong to the national standard GB/T7106-2008  Seventh level.
Negative pressure Unit Air infiltration average: q1=1.10 m3/(m2.h)
3. Water-tightness performance: Belong to the national standard GB/T7106-2008 Third level
Stable pressure method comprehensive test: P=250 Pa
4. Thermal insulation properties: Belong to the national standard GB/T8484-2008 Fifth level
Heat transfer coefficient: K=2.5W(M2.K)
5. Air acoustic sound insulation performance: Belong to the national standard GB/T8485-2008 Third level.

6. Dew point: ＜-40 degree, non condensing & frost-free inside of glass.
